Excellent Gym Facilities

I was very impressed with the gym at the resort. It was well-equipped with modern machines, allowing me to maintain my workout routine while on vacation. The ambiance was motivating, making it a great place to exert myself even with stunning mountain views just outside. The availability of water refills and towels was a nice touch as well. I felt energized and ready for the day after my workouts!

Variety of Breakfast Options

The dining hall had a huge selection of food during breakfast, which was truly impressive. Not only was there a variety of local and international dishes, the ambiance was lovely as well. Spacious, Relaxing Room

My room was incredibly spacious! I loved the big openable windows and the terrace. It was such a pleasure to breathe in the fresh mountain air while enjoying the beautiful views. Heated Pool Experience

I had a fantastic time at the heated pool! Despite its smaller size, it was perfect for relaxing and soaking after a long day of exploring. I loved how the warmth made it enjoyable even on cooler days. There was also a heated jacuzzi, which was the perfect way to unwind. The tranquility of the area made it such a pleasant leisure experience. I can't recommend it enough for those looking to relax!

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat, though I did miss the bathtubs. The dining options were quite good, with many delicious choices, but I would have loved to see more variety, especially with Malaysian dishes. The location was perfect for accessing the Genting Premium Outlet, which is exactly what I needed for my short trip. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, as some staff members were incredibly helpful while others felt rather robotic. Overall, it was a great value for money and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

I recently stayed at this resort spa, and I have mixed feelings. The spacious rooms offered a nice view from the Awana Tower, which was definitely a highlight. However, the cleanliness in the corridors left something to be desired, and I felt the service could have been more welcoming. On the plus side, the location was very convenient, especially being close to the Premium Outlet Genting, which is perfect for shopping.
