Fun Pool Experience

Spacious Comfort

I booked a Rise and Dine room type with two queen beds, and I was pleased with the spacious layout. The comfy beds made for a great night's sleep, and having a balcony was a nice touch. It was lovely to relax there in the evenings. The amenities provided were more than sufficient, adding to the comfort of my stay!

Tasty Breakfast

I had a wonderful stay at this resort. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable retreat, though I did miss the bathtubs. The dining options were quite good, with many delicious choices, but I would have loved to see more variety, especially with Malaysian dishes. The location was perfect for accessing the Genting Premium Outlet, which is exactly what I needed for my short trip. The service was a bit hit-or-miss, as some staff members were incredibly helpful while others felt rather robotic. Overall, it was a great value for money and would recommend it for a relaxing getaway.

I recently stayed at this resort spa, and I have mixed feelings. The spacious rooms offered a nice view from the Awana Tower, which was definitely a highlight. However, the cleanliness in the corridors left something to be desired, and I felt the service could have been more welcoming. On the plus side, the location was very convenient, especially being close to the Premium Outlet Genting, which is perfect for shopping. Overall, I think it could be a great experience with a few improvements.
